Please review the information on this page and include the appropriate information in the email created by clicking on the "email me" button at the bottom-left of the page.
This will require that you enter the 5-digit code numbers before sending your email message. This prevents those programs from sending a bogus message. Thanks!
Information to include:
Please let us know if you are only submitting a prayer request; if you are submitting a prayer request and would like your name to be added to the prayer chain; if you only want your name added to the prayer chain; or if you would like your name removed from the prayer chain.
If you are adding or removing your name from the prayer chain, please include your full name, home phone number, and email address (if you have email). You may include your work phone number but that is optional.
If you are submitting a prayer concern or a prayer of praise, please share ONLY the information that should be shared throughout the community.
