Please review the information on this page and include the appropriate information in the email created by clicking on the "email me" button at the bottom-left of the page.
This will require that you enter the 5-digit code numbers before sending your email message. This prevents those programs from sending a bogus message. Thanks!
Information to include:
Please indicate whether you are submitting a request to join a share group or if you are in a share group that is open to new members.
If you are looking to join an existing group or be a part of starting a new group, please provide at least a couple of options for the following:

Day of the week that best suits your availability
•Time of day that you will be able to meet
•If you prefer to be in a group of one gender or mixed gender
If you are part of an existing group and would like to allow new members in your group, please provide the day of the week, time of day, and if the group is for men, women, or both.
Please advise if you are interested in hosting a share group in your home or church, even if it is not your first choice.
