 Boy's Flight 

         A flight is for boys who are teens age 15-18 in grades 10-12,

         or recent HS graduates.

         Please note:

        When completing Flight applications, please be sure to fill out

        each of the following portions in full:

Butterfly side of application (Children/Chrysalis)

Sponsor side of application

Emergency/Medication Information Form

                      Girl's Flight

       A flight is for girls who are teen ages 15-18 in grades 10-12,

         or recent HS graduates.
